Shipping Options

Due to the Canada Post Strike we are unable to offer shipping at this time. If you really want something please contact us by email for a quote to have it shipped with a courier.

Store pick up is still available.

We offer shipping via Canada Post. You can choose which option you want during check out.  We are still working out the details, so if the actual shipping costs differ from what you were charged at check out you might receive a refund or an invoices for discrepancy while we work on it. Thank you for your understanding!

We offer Free shipping For customers shipping to Canada and the USA on orders of $200CAD or more before tax. Use the code FREE200 at check out. The system will ask you to choose a shipping method but you can see before you finalize your purchase that shipping won't be charged. Don't hesitate to contact us if you run into any challenges.

We also offer in-store pick up. So you can shop online and save the shipping! Simply choose "pick up in store" during check out.

 

Exchanges and Returns

Returns or exchanges can be made with receipt up to 30 days after purchase. Sorry, no refunds. If an item you have purchased is defective we will do our best to replace it.

If you have an extra ball of yarn purchased from our shop left over from a finished project, please don’t hesitate to ask for project ideas. We have lots of one skein wonder ideas!

SHIPPING FEES

The customer bears the responsibility of cost for shipping to return the items to us and the new cost of replacement except in the case of a faulty or damaged product.
