These fixed circular needles are excellent for knit in the round projects requiring a smaller needle. (If you're looking for size 3.5mm or larger check out the interchangeables, they're great!) The Knitpicks cable is super flexible so the Magic Loop method of sock knitting can be accomplished with the 32" needles for one sock at a time. For two socks at a time, try the 40" needles.
